Nisio Web Studio ("we", "us") is a web design service based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, contact details (phone or email), and anything you write in your message.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the service you've asked for. We don't send marketing emails, we don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we won't add you to any list.

Who processes it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) transmits your enquiry to our email inbox. Their privacy policy applies to that transmission.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website and may log standard technical data (such as IP addresses) as part of serving it.
• Our email is provided by Google (Gmail).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations (such as tax records).

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. If we use privacy-friendly, anonymous visit counting, no personal profile is built and no data is shared for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email oisinmcnicholl4@gmail.com and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
