We opened Hazel & Stone in 2021 with a rescued La Marzocco, a bank loan that made our mothers nervous, and a theory: Belfast deserved a coffee shop that treats a flat white like it matters.
Three years on, the machine's still going, the cinnamon knots sell out by eleven, and half our regulars have their order started before they reach the counter. Come be one of them.
